Didn’t think I’d hear back from them on a weekend, but I shot off a question and got a reply almost instantly. They had spare parts for my phone charger and promised to send me a link to purchase the next day. I’m really pleased and would suggest them for all rugged phones. I just needed a lost dongle to go with the USB charger cable. Once my phone finally gives out, I’ll surely grab another rugged mobile from them without a second thought. I got myself the Ruggex palm 4G and I’m really happy with it. The delivery was on point and the condition of my order was excellent. I can totally vouch for Mantistech as a trustworthy company, and I’d surely shop with them again.

I’d recommend steering clear of this phone! Sure, it’s built tough and claims to be waterproof. However, the reception is terrible, the Internet is sluggish, and it’s definitely not my wifi since my previous phone worked just fine.

I recently picked up a Rhino V from this brand and I'm really happy with it so far, both in terms of the phone's quality and the support I got. I specifically wanted a basic phone that could handle the rough and tumble of farm life. The Rhino has everything I need: large backlit buttons, a clear screen, a loud ringtone, and it's tough against water and dirt. The clamshell design is spot on, with the earpiece and mic positioned perfectly, plus I really dig the calendar and clock display on the outside when it's closed. As for customer support, Mak is top-notch, addressing all my questions, assisting with the switch from micro to full-sized SIM, and even threw in a docking charger for free. I'm hopeful this phone will last me a long time, but I feel confident that if any issues arise, MantisTech will be ready to assist. We definitely need more companies like this one!

For years, I've had a tough time keeping mobile phones intact since my job involves installing windows and doors, plus building work. New phones have been wrecked in just days. I’ve given JCB and Caterpillar phones a shot, along with a bunch of so-called 'tough' models, but nothing held up. About 5 or 6 years back, I stumbled upon Ruggex phones from MantisTech. Let me tell ya, the first one lasted me 3 years! So, I got another, and it was just as solid until I accidentally went through the casing while using a grinder. I treated myself to the biggest Ruggex smartphone and I’m thrilled with it. Eight weeks ago, I lost my cool with an ex-employee and ended up smashing my phone instead of taking it out on them! I was absolutely gutted—no phone! My daughter sent it back to MantisTech, thinking there was no way they could fix it. A couple of weeks later, it came back looking LIKE BRAND NEW, and the repair only cost me £80. Hats off to the team at MantisTech! You’ve truly exceeded my expectations! THANK YOU. This is the only brand of phone I’ll ever buy in the construction field.

I had a live conversation with Mak from Mantistech about an issue I was facing with my Rhino3. I figured it could be the screen, but Mak suggested it might actually be the battery. So, I went ahead and ordered a battery from them, and voila, my phone is working like a charm again! Can't express my gratitude enough. Fantastic service and solid advice.

I had to send back a phone due to poor reception, and Mac told me that if I was experiencing bad reception, any phone they send might have the same issue. I shot them an email saying, 'So you don’t want me to buy a phone?' Later that evening, he called me back, apologizing and assuring me that they definitely wanted to sell me a phone. He said it didn’t matter how many I returned; they just wanted me to be satisfied. So, I went ahead and purchased the Core for £219. When it arrived, I set it up, and it was fantastic. I jokingly told the phone, 'Look, I’ve had a rough day, go explore the area,' and placed it outside my front door. It was drizzling, but I thought, 'Hey, it’s waterproof!' About 40 minutes later, the doorbell rang, and there was the Core, despite the thunder, lightning, and heavy rain. I picked it up, and it greeted me, saying, 'Thanks for sending me to the Norfolk Broads! Just strolled around the ACLE broads—fantastic! The roads were busy, and a lorry and car drove right over me, but no worries, not a scratch on me. It’s absolutely beautiful around here! Now, do me a favor, mate, just dry me off with a paper towel and set me in front of the TV because I want to catch some Olympics!' In conclusion, it was a tough but easy setup, clear and precise—a really nice, dependable piece of equipment.

Mak is truly exceptional. The aftercare and solid advice regarding the products and customer needs are top-notch. They’re quick to respond if you run into any issues and ensure everything is just right. This is how customer service ought to be. I completely trust this seller. Kudos to them, I’m really enjoying the ruggex core. The construction field really takes a toll on phones—mud, dirt, dust, rain, and that dreaded drop. Haha!

I just gotta say, I wanted to share my experience with Mak and his top-notch, honest customer service during a tough time. I bought a rugged phone for my husband, and when it showed up, we were thrilled with it. However, our area has terrible signal, and the phone barely managed to get 1 bar, which meant we often had no connection at all. I reached out to Mak, and he was super understanding, offering us a full refund even though the phone was used. No arguments or hesitations from him. You don’t see that kind of customer care much these days. Really grateful for his help and wishing him all the best in what’s bound to be a challenging future.
